Apologies:

Chair's opening speech:
The meeting opened at 6.15pm. Everyone was welcomed to the AGM. During this first year of the resurrected DSA, bridges have been built with the Club, and the Notts County Foundation. The Committee will continue to work with both, and also engage with the fan base.
Purchases have been made in order that disabled fans are assisted, namely ponchos and blankets, and sensory bags.
Any fan issues raised so far have been resolved.
Treasurer Report:
The DSA was reinstated in 2024. A donation of £200.00 was received from the OSA, monies have been raised from football cards, and from Maria's sponsored half marathon. There is a credit balance of £918.98 to go forward to next year.
The Statement of Accounts was presented.
Auditors were appointed for the accounts for 2025/26. Laura, Sam and Darryll put their names forward.
Secretary Report:
The DSA has been publicised on media platforms such as BBC local TV and radio local news, and SKY. Links have been made with the Level Playing Field and the Football Supporters Association, the latter of whom are looking to hold a governance review with us. There are also links with Nottingham Forest for opportunities for next year, also with Notts County Supporters Committees. We have been working with Georgi, Logan and Joe Palmer. We will continue this growth with more links in order to connect with more people.
It was with great sadness that Laura announced that Tracey had been admitted to Hayward House for palliative care. It was unanimously agreed that Tracey is to be a lifelong Honorary Member.
Membership Secretary Report:
There are currently 72 Members. The DSA will be building Membership and retain numbers for next season. It is important to retain these Members, and obtain new ones via advertising and business cards.
There was one amendment to the Constitution for ratification. Altogether there are 12 Committee Members. There is no need for a Social Media Secretary.
However, it was put to the Committee that a Fundraising Secretary is required, and John Semak was unanimously voted in for the role.
The following Committee Members were also unanimously voted in:
Jeff Johnson - Chair
Paula Paling - Vice Chair
David Worrall - Treasurer
Laura Cameron - Secretary
Samantha Titherley - Membership Secretary
Maria Mills - Minutes Secretary
Lisa Gold had made an application for a place on the Committee.
Jayne Chapman was then proposed by Abi Worrall for a place on the Committee.
Presentations were then made by Darryll, Tony, Lisa and Jayne as to what they could bring to the DSA, after which time a closed vote took place. Ady Bott declined to stand and was removed from the Committee.
AOB:
Darryl very kindly stood the cost of the Members' lanyards.
Chair's closing words:
The DSA will continue to go from strength to strength, and indeed become the best DSA it can be.
Meeting closed at 7.28pm.
